Essential Functions of Job:

Essential Functions of Job: • Collect and analyze business requirements for IT projects and document the information for the software development team • Assist the software development team with the design of new processes and interfaces • Serve as liaison between the software development team and internal and external clients and data partners • Design and execute test scenarios for IT programming projects • Manage change requests for IT programming projects • Perform front-line research in cases where potential data-accuracy issues are reported • Ability to report to the office


Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar field preferred. Experience considered in lieu of degree • Effective organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Ability to work in a multi-task fast paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function as a positive team member • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes • Strong analytical and investigative skills • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to gather and interpret large volumes of data and information • Project management experience preferred • Health industry experience is a plus
