Essential Functions of Job:• Answer and route telephone calls • Receive and handle all types of correspondence, prepare memos, faxes and basic correspondence, file and maintain correspondence, photocopy and other related office duties • Handle multiple tasks and carryout follow-up items • Develop and maintain positive working relationship with office staff members, clients, senior executive staff and other outside contacts • Prioritize and work independently • Other duties as assigned • Ability to report to the office
Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent • Effective organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function as a positive team member • 1-3 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
