Essential Functions of Job:• Handling HSA, HRA, FSA, and COBRA customer service calls from members and client representatives • Analyzing problems brought forth during phone inquiry and applying appropriate resolutions • Working with Flex and COBRA specialists to research and resolve problems • Establishing and maintaining professional rapport with clients and members • Maintaining and assuring accuracy of documentation • Continuous knowledge of numerous benefit interpretations • Ability to learn HSA/FSA claim processing as well as COBRA administration • Ability to report to the office
Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent • Effective organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Intermediate/Advanced keyboarding skills • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function as a positive team member • 2-3 years medical or benefits administration field preferred • Customer service and/or claims processing background a plus • Strong consideration will be given to candidates with a background in banking, insurance, or a similarly analytical environment
