Essential Functions of Job:• Skilled telecommunications in a high-touch member program • Encourage and support members participating in the program with sensitivity and compassion • Educate members regarding program policies and procedures • Assist members with travel needs • Coordinate and secure travel arrangements for patients • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external vendors • Receives and collects data necessary for program enrollment, review, and reporting • Responsible for providing seamless customer service to include updating member information, vendors portals, and internal documentation • Develop and maintain a positive enthusiastic working relationship with all staff, as well as, all members, caregivers, and external service providers • Secure and track medical records via multiple media • Perform travel and lodging invoicing for billable accounts • Strong ability to identify appropriate resources for research and problem resolution • Performs clerical duties including filing, faxing, and answering telephone calls and data entry for program administration • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing electronic and paper mail, review and prepare documents for distribution • Coordinate mailings, fulfillment requests and manage document storage • Ability to manage client emergency contacts outside of business hours on a rotating basis • Other duties as assigned by supervisor • Ability to report to the office
Qualifications:• College degree preferred, experience considered in lieu of degree • Effective organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function as a positive team member • Strive to meet program deadlines • Knowledge of medical claims administration and employee benefit plans preferred • Experience in the travel industry a plus
