Essential Functions of Job:

• Prepares itineraries, agendas, and expense reports • Organize and maintain file and records • Provide general administrative support including but not limited to: phones, distributing mail, and preparing expense reports • Create meeting agendas, notifications, and follow up items • Coordinates and schedules events, conferences, meetings, travel, conference rooms, luncheons, etc. • Provide technical support and vendor interface • Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company • Planning and scheduling projects and ensuring timely completion • Maintain the security of confidential information • Composing, designing and editing correspondence and reports • Producing complex PowerPoint presentations • Maintain and create weekly and monthly statistical reports • Coordinating workflow and maintaining a productive work environment • Excellent calendar management skills, scheduling complex meetings and handling logistics • Coordinating travel arrangements • Facilities management and coordination • Interacting with customers, senior-level executives, and all other levels of employees • Direct liaison between client, HSB Operations and account management • Responsible for maintaining close relationship with client’s HR operating areas, troubleshooting operational problems on a real time basis, and working on special projects that support operational needs of the customer • Responsible for quality assurance and assisting all departments within HSB maintaining seamless customer service to include updating benefit information for customer service, evaluate eligibility reports to determine discrepancies and interface with outside vendors to resolve discrepancies • Strong ability to identify appropriate resources for research and problem resolution • Discuss with clients and providers the issues relating to claim administration • Research and evaluate medical and dental claims • Ability to report to the office

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred, experience considered in lieu of degree • Effective organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function as a positive team member • Understanding of TPA operations and systems desired
